The quickest way is from inside the app. Open Settings, go to Feedback and tap Share feedback. The message reaches us with your account attached, so we can answer without asking who you are.
You can also write by email, which works without signing in.

Asking for a film
Open Settings, go to Feedback and tap Request a film, or use the request button under the film search. Name the film and, if you know it, the year. A film needs a subtitle track in the language you are learning before it can become a deck.
Reporting a name
The league board shows the names other learners chose. If one is offensive or pretends to be someone else, tap it on the board and then tap Report name. We rename or remove names that break the terms of use.
Deleting your account
Open Settings, go to Account and tap Delete account, then Delete my account. Your account, your words, your progress, your place in the league and any classes you teach are removed at once, and this cannot be undone.
If you can no longer sign in, email hello@langvie.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Your data
What Langvie stores, why, and for how long is set out in the privacy policy. Requests to see, correct or delete your data go to the same address.
