Delete it in the app
Open Langvie, go to Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account. The account and its data are removed at once, and this cannot be undone.
Delete it without the app
If you uninstalled Langvie or can no longer sign in, write to support@langvie.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you have Premium
A subscription bought on the website is canceled when the account is deleted, and nothing more is charged.
A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store does not end with the account, because the store holds it. Cancel it in Google Play or in your Apple account first, or it keeps renewing.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleting the account removes your profile, your words and review history, your progress, your league place, your classes, your own materials and the pictures on your cards.
A few things last longer. Messages you sent us stay without your name attached. Backups expire on their own schedule. Payment records stay as long as tax law requires. Amplitude, our analytics provider, holds its own copy of your events, and we delete that copy on request within 30 days. The privacy policy has the details.
